I’m usually not a big complainer but there are just some things that get under my skin about Pittsburgh. I hate that i can’t walk down the sidewalks on my phone and not have to yell at the top of my lungs for the other person to hear me when a bus goes by.
The Housing in Pittsburgh is my biggest problem though. The AI Housing i feel like should be better. The RA’s could be more friendly I’d say. I don’t know, being here just doesn’t feel like you have your own house. I feel watched. I don’t like that i have to follow rules in my own home. I can’t wait until i can move up on the mountain and not have to deal with the dorm life. It’s nice that they are right by the school but there’s a lot of things that could be different about them. Like for instance… tiled floors in Shannon Hall would be a great start. This painted floor bullshit is just bullshit.
I feel like Pittsburgh could be much cleaner if it tried to be. I don’t know but i feel like we should be in a cleaner environment.
